Eclipse plug-in for Symbian OS C++ development - test version 0.5.97

I'm currently finishing what will probably be the last version of the plug-in. The main new thing is a MMP editor. There are still some features missing but nearly all things works so it would be good to test it.

To upgrade to this version you can point the Update Wizard (Help > Software updates > Find and install) to http://pf128.krakow.sdi.tpnet.pl/symbdev/update/ and download the latest version (0.5.97). If you prefere the traditional way of installation you can get the ZIP file from here (923kB). Source code: here.

New (17 Feb 2006): Version 0.5.97 released: it adds MBM declaration editing support to the MMP editor and also fixes several nasty bugs. No more problems starting the workspace if an MMP editor was left open.

Known bugs:

There are some known bugs/unimplemented features, mainly in the MMP parser:

• The MMP parser doesn't treat /* */ as comments - they are treated as regular characters.
• Preprocessor statements (like #ifdef) are not understood - they are treated as (unknown) MMP commands.
• The " is not treated as a special character
• The \ is treated as a continuation of a line even if there are spaces after it.
• The include paths from the MMP are not passed to the indexer
